Break through “one day” thinking and find the rhythm of a strong, consistent fitness practice. In this dynamic, bodyweight and kettlebell-based class, you’ll train your entire body through effective, multi-disciplinary techniques designed for results you can feel.

Build cardiovascular strength, gain muscle, and tap into greater energy and confidence through a focused interval format that integrates strength training, balance, and heart-pumping movement.

But how many of us have said "Oh yeah, one day I'll start working out regularly" - and yet, one day never comes!
It's what we do all the time that matters. And what gets us from "one day" to feeling strong everyday is accountability (not just a buddy, but a whole community!) structure & support excellent instruction, inspiring motivation..
And a plan. 2x/week is a great start!
Expect to sweat, discover newfound power, and leave feeling energized. Bring a towel—you’ll need it!
