  • Two weeks of unlimited access to our in-person regular weekly classes (that’s 16+ classes / week) in our Kinderhook studio, located at 6 Hudson Street, 2nd & 3rd floor.

Need more structure to begin?

Sam’s 5-Week Fundamentals Series is the perfect place to start. Desiged in a small group setting that meets over teh course of 5 weeks to break down the key yoga shapes, address how to properly move through them and modify as needed —- you’ll get plenty of personalized attention, consistency, and the space to ask questions.
