Cath’s former career as a corporate litigator in Washington, DC, gives her an optimal vantage point for working with high-performing, high achievers in high-stress, high-pressure environments. She’s been studying meditation, yoga, and mindfulness-based stress reduction as long as she’s been practicing it herself. She’s brought these tools to her coaching clients as well as companies and organizations all over the country, and now — at Village Yoga.
