workshop :: deep dive: glutes training w/ Maxine

This workshop is your deep education on the posterior chain — what it is, why it matters, and how to actually build it. Maxine will guide you through the foundational movements: bridges, hip thrusts, squats, deadlifts, and the everyday patterns your glutes were designed to support.

Wednesdays at 6 PM

Our signature yoga class, designed for all levels, with a more accessible price point for our larger community! A well-rounded movement practice designed to stretch and strengthen each major part of your body.

This class is taught by graduates of Village Yoga's Teacher Training Program.

A kind reminder about our Reservation Policy:

Give yourself the space and grace to arrive to class in an easeful way.

We want you to arrive feeling settled, not scrambled.

Getting here 5-10 minutes early gives you time to land, check in, and settle on your mat. If you arrive after class begins, it’s always worth coming upstairs—we’ll make space if we can. But with our cozy space and limited spots, we can’t guarantee late arrivals a place once class has started.

A few ways to make sure you’re all set:
– Book ahead (especially on weekends or in peak seasons—we fill up fast)
– Arrive early so you’re not rushing in

If you’re not here by start time, we may offer your spot to someone on the in-studio waitlist

And a quick reminder: for street parking, the lot out front and the public lot across the road are all fair game. Please do not use the lot behind the studio.
