A 3-Week Journey for High Schoolers (Grades 9-12)

Our Mindful Teens program is designed to equip teens with practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and the demands of daily life through meditation and mindfulness practices. Each week focuses on developing essential skills to enhance emotional well-being and mental resilience in a supportive and interactive setting.
Join us for a series that combines guided meditation, mindful movement, and reflective exercises to help teens cultivate calm, clarity, and confidence.

Deepening Practice
