Using your own bodyweight and kettlebells, you will learn the proper forms and techniques for strength training through an interval format that will train your cardiovascular system and increase your overall sense of wellbeing and health.

Join us for in classes 7 days a week, in our studio at 6 Hudson St, 2nd & 3rd floors, in the heart of Kinderhook, NY, in the beautiful Hudson Valley. We’re located right in the village square, neighbors to some of our favorite fellow local businesses, with the Farmer’s Market right outside our door May-Oct.

Mindful Kids Yoga Program
Kids learn best through movement, play, bodily-expression, and their keen sense of curiosity.
Each class is designed to teach kids about their body, where their feelings and emotions live, how to calm their body with movement and breath, and how to weave this learning into their everyday lives.

4-Week Fundamentals Series with Sam
Designed as an essential primer for building strength and stability in your body.
A small-group setting with plenty of 1:1 attention, Fundamentals will give you all the information, motivation, and support to start feeling better and more alive in your body.
The perfect place for brand new folks to begin AND an essential primer for any current practitioner to deepen their experience of yoga.

ABOUT US
If we haven’t yet met, we’re Sam & Cath — the humans behind this literal mom & pop shop. We met in a yoga studio, and since then we have taught side by side for 10 years, first in Washington, DC, and around the world in places like Sydney, Australia, the French Alps, and Costa Rica (and of course, online!).
And we couldn’t imagine a more special place than Kinderhook to open our studio, raise our family, and be of service to a community.
