Welcome to our exciting 4-week Kids' Yoga and Mindful Movement series, specially designed for energetic kids ages 6-12! This engaging class combines fun yoga poses, creative movement exercises, and mindfulness practices to support physical fitness and emotional well-being. Each session offers a chance for kids to explore movement in a playful yet structured environment that fosters both individual growth and group interaction.

In this series, children will develop essential skills such as leadership, resilience, and body confidence, all while enjoying a range of activities that stimulate their minds and bodies. Our goal is to create a positive and encouraging space where kids can build strength, manage their emotions, and feel empowered.
